A proud reminder from the National Ploughing Championships as we receive our 2025 Machine of the Year Award trophy from Noel Dunne for the Mastek Combi Pump.

The Mastek Combi Pump combines two essential systems โ a high-capacity chopper pump and a 300 CFM compressor โ in one compact, rear-mounted machine.
Designed for agricultural contractors and farmers using umbilical slurry systems, it allows slurry to be pumped efficiently over long distances and, once spreading is complete, the compressor can be used to blow out and clean the lay-flat hose.
Instead of requiring separate machines for pumping and air blowing, operators can switch between the two functions using Mastekโs patent-pending changeover clutch. This simplifies the setup, saves time and makes better use of the tractor.
For contractors with front linkage, a hose reeler can be mounted at the front while the Combi Pump operates at the rear, providing additional hose capacity and allowing two operators to roll out hose simultaneously.
Winning Machine of the Year 2025 was fantastic recognition for an innovation designed around real-world contractor needs.
We may not be exhibiting at the Ploughing this year, but weโre very proud to look back on this achievement.

Managing slurry, biogas digestate, or industrial wastewater often means dealing with lumpy and fibrous solids that can clog or damage standard pumps. This is where the Chior Tractor Driven Pump proves its value. Specially engineered for demanding conditions, it combines powerful shredding performance with safe and reliable transfer of difficult materials.
The Chior pump is built for sectors where fibrous content is a daily challenge:
Agriculture โ animal husbandry slurry and manure
Biogas plants โ digestate containing fibrous residues
Environmental technology โ wastewater treatment with solid fractions
Food industry โ processing waste streams with fibers and lumps
Its innovative cutting system reduces the size of fibrous components, ensuring smooth operation and preventing blockages, even under the harshest conditions.
High solids handling: Can pump material with up to 12% solids
Fast operation: Speeds up to 2600 rpm
Safe design: Wet end and gearbox are completely separate, eliminating the risk of contamination
Long-lasting components: Fixed knives, helicoid, and impeller blades made from hardened, treated materials
Efficient suction: Special suction flange avoids turbulence and ensures strong intake
Reliable seal system: Oil-lubricated mechanical seal for durability and easy inspection
โ ๏ธ Please note: the Chior pump is not designed for dry running.
Choosing a Chior Tractor Driven Pump means:
Lower operating costs thanks to easy maintenance
Consistent chopping performance with a self-adjusting cutting system
Increased safety with an anti-contamination gearbox system
Quick visual checks via the external oil container
Versatility across multiple industries and applications
For farmers, contractors, and industrial operators, downtime caused by blocked pumps can be costly. The Chior Tractor Driven Pump is a reliable solution that ensures slurry and wastewater keep movingโefficiently, safely, and at lower operating costs.

Eco Bedding is a recycled bedding material made from your own slurry using a slurry separator. Instead of buying sawdust, straw, or sand, you recycle what your cows already produce โ into clean, soft, and dry bedding.

1. Cut Bedding Costs by 60โ100%
No more buying truckloads of straw or sawdust. With Eco Bedding, your slurry becomes your supply. On average, farmers report savings of โฌ5,000โโฌ15,000 per year.
2. Excellent Cow Comfort
Our fibre bedding is soft, springy, and warm โ ideal for cubicles. Studies show cows rest 1โ2 hours longer per day on recycled bedding compared to sand or sawdust. More rest = more milk.
3. Safe and Hygienic
When separated and dried properly, Eco Bedding is low in bacteria and moisture. Our separators ensure fibre is clean, fluffy, and safe for your cows.
4. Better Slurry Management
Separating fibre means your remaining slurry is easier to mix, pump, and spread. And you reduce the volume in your lagoon โ saving storage space and time.
5. FEFT Eligible
Our slurry separator qualifies under the Farm Equipment and Technology Fund (FEFTS) in the UK, meaning eligible farmers can apply for grant support to cover part of the cost.
Please contact Ben Willcox on 07930 876941 or Daniel Evans on 07852 756357 โ both are available to help.
Weโll guide you through the process and help you find the best solution for your farm.
